The Program offers a standardized, documented inspection process that provides accurate, consistent, and repeatable results and identifies and prioritizes current and anticipated maintenance and repair deficiencies that will enable the Client to take timely, cost-effective corrective actions, as well as have accurate and supportable information when budgeting and justifying annual capital expenditures.
